The problem we lived
Many of us have been there. Working hard, delivering consistently, being reliable — and then sitting in a performance review not quite sure how to explain what we'd actually achieved over the past year.
Or receiving feedback like “you need to be more visible” or “show more leadership” without any practical guidance about what that actually looks like for someone who doesn't naturally broadcast their work.
The tools that existed were either productivity trackers that missed the career layer entirely, or broad learning platforms that weren't designed for quiet, intentional growth. There was nothing built specifically for us.
So we built it.
